Website redesign

With 40 years in branding and design navigation, Pigeon Brands underwent a new look, launching forward into 2018 with 'Ideas That Travel' platform.

This identity refresh included a complete website redesign and social media program to engage current and potential clients as well as feature the talent and ethos of the company. In collaboration with web developers, extensive research and design modifications, a custom and responsive template was created.

Challenges included working with limited content, accommodating coding technicalities, design considerations for French translations and a mighty-tight deadline.

The new design focused on a simple, flexible grid layout which allowed Pigeon's bold new identity to stand out and feature projects more dynamically. The design will also enable adding future content and changes with ease.

Social Media

To garner awareness around Pigeon's brand refresh, a mini social campaign was created. For 30 days, Pigeon's Instagram account counted down to its identity reveal, deploying daily creative posts which nodded to clients while hinting at the new look. From static images to GIFS and videos, all creative were original artwork produced by the designer and copywriter.

'Millennial Pink' trend and playful copy inspire this post while subtly nodding to client using an IKEA chair.
